This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of outpatients at the Hila Community Health Center. This research is a quantitative analytical research. The data source comes from primary data using a cross sectional approach with Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The research results showed that on average respondents responded well to the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables obtained during the examination at the Hila Community Health Center. The results of bivariate analysis using the chi-square test showed a P value = 0.000 (p<0.05), which means there is a relationship between the quality of health services and outpatient satisfaction at the Hila Community Health Center, Central Maluku Regency.
2026-07-14T16:31:58+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.jurnalpoltekkesmaluku.com/index.php/JKT/article/view/654 Relationship Between Age, Work Period, Work Load with Work-Realted Stres (Study on Education Personnel at the Directorate od Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Surabaya in 2025) 2026-07-15T04:28:24+07:00 Septia Dwi Cahyaningtyas septiadwicahyaningtyas@gmail.com Winarko Winarko septiadwicahyaningtyas@gmail.com Winarko Winarko septiadwicahyaningtyas@gmail.com Avita Amalina septiadwicahyaningtyas@gmail.com Demes Nurmayanti septiadwicahyaningtyas@gmail.com
Work stress can be experienced by every worker, including educational staff, and can disrupt health, thereby reducing work productivity. Work stress can be influenced by many factors, both internal, external, and worker-related factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age, length of service, and workload with the level of work stress among educational staff at the Directorate of Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya in 2025. The method used in this study is an analytical observational approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample size of 63 educational staff was randomly taken from 74 educational staff. The research results show that 100% of educational staff experience stress, with the highest being 100% experiencing work-related stress, with 4.8% in severe condition and 52.4% in moderate condition. Additionally, 92.1% are over 30 years old, 65.1% have worked for ≥ 5 years, and 65.1% have a high workload. It is concluded that work experience and workload have a significant relationship with work stress (p < 0.05), while age has no relationship with work stress (p > 0.05). It is recommended to conduct monitoring and evaluation of work stress every 6 months, and recreational activities annually.
2026-07-14T18:47:54+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.jurnalpoltekkesmaluku.com/index.php/JKT/article/view/810 Functional Walking Activity After Combined Russian Current and Quadriceps Bench Exercise in Knee Osteoarthritis 2026-07-15T08:50:50+07:00 Reza Oliverdy reza.olyverdi@gmail.com Siti Munawarah sitimunaaarah@fdk.ac.id Riri Segita ririsegita@fdk.ac.id Riyana Husna riyanahusna31@gmail.com
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease characterized by damage to hyaline cartilage, increased subchondral bone thickness, bone sclerosis, osteophyte growth at the joint margins, and muscle weakness around the joint, which can cause limitations in functional activities, especially walking. This study aims to determine the effect of Russian Current combined with Quadriceps Bench Exercise on improving functional walking activity in patients with knee osteoarthritis at Dr. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi Brain Hospital. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study sample consisted of 11 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The intervention was administered for 4 weeks with a therapy frequency of twice per week. Functional walking activity was measured using the Lequesne Index before and after the intervention. The results showed that the average functional walking activity before the intervention (pretest) was 5.91 with a standard deviation of 1.446, while after the intervention (posttest) it was 4.82 with a standard deviation of 1.471. The results of the statistical test using a paired t-test showed a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that there was a significant effect of the Russian Current combined with Quadriceps Bench Exercise on improving functional walking activity in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis.
2026-07-15T08:31:40+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
