Abstract

Analysis of the partner problem situation. Lenek sub-district is one of the sub-districts with a low TB program implementation target, one of the villages is Lenek Pesiraman Village. The achievement target for implementing the TB program, especially in screening at-risk communities, is 20% of the target of 60%.  Meanwhile, the national target per district/city is to achieve the target of finding and treating TB cases (Treatment Coverage) of 90% by 2024. The aim of this community service activity is to optimize the role of village leaders and cadres in active case finding in the community. at risk of TB using the digitalization of WhatsApp short messages as an effort to increase the detection of TB cases in the village of Lenek Pesiraman, East Lombok. Solutions and methods for conducting education and training in an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of community groups and cadres regarding TB, increasing intervention with community service partners by carrying out active case finding at risk of TB using WhatsApp short message digitalization media in Lenek Pesiraman village, Lombok East and Forming the TB Alert “SIGATBC” group which facilitates the community with health facilities. The results of community service increase the knowledge and skills of community groups and cadres about TB (causes, symptoms, transmission, clinical detection, laboratory detection, referral and treatment) and how to carry out active case finding in communities at risk of TB up to 100%; increasing skills in finding TB cases by carrying out active case finding in communities at risk of TB using the digitalization of WhatsApp short messages as an effort to increase the achievement of TB case detection in the village of Lenek Pesiraman, East Lombok and achieving optimal participation of Village Partners (TBC Cadres, village officials and health workers) in an effort to increase community awareness about preventing and treating TB. Conclusion: optimizing the role of village leaders and cadres in active case finding in communities at risk of TB using the digitalization of WhatsApp short messages as an effort to increase the achievement of TB case detection in Lenek Pesiraman village, East Lombok is very useful
